Sweat Squad Fitness is an adults-only women’s group fitness program serving the Wise County area.
With a variety of classes, our members are able to achieve their fitness goals, while also

I was looking for something to help me find my balance, strength, and coordination again and after my first week, I realized that I had found the place to help me with that and more! The instructors and owner are fantastic and lead each class with modifications to help every level for us. It took me a couple of weeks to regain my coordination and a lot of my strength was lost with aging but everyone is encouraging without any pressure AND I’ve lost inches while having fun!
